How do we evaluate?
Our rating is based on the average of several factors: ambiance, cuisine, service, food quality, and price.
- Cuisine: Assessing the quality of dishes, presentation, ingredients, overall flavor, and timing between each course. We consider the menu's variety and its alignment with our preferences. Creativity and originality in the menu are also taken into account.
- Customer service: Observing the friendliness and efficiency of the waitstaff, waiting times for service (including drinks upon arrival), and their willingness to resolve issues.
- Ambiance: The cleanliness of the establishment, from tables and chairs to restrooms, spacing between tables, decor, lighting, and the overall atmosphere. Location and parking convenience are also considered.
- Price: We weigh whether the prices align with the food quality and the service provided, considering the restaurant's type.
- Personal experience: Our own experience is paramount. Did we enjoy the food? Did we feel well taken care of? Did we like the ambiance?
Remember that restaurant evaluations are subjective and can vary based on personal preferences. It's important to be fair and consider multiple aspects before forming a final opinion, as everyone can have an off day.
